Great experience and great food
The whole experience was great! Chef Hai took us to the local market, to a fishing village, and then to his kitchen! He was a great teacher, I felt like I was at Vietnamese culinary school, or maybe even on a cooking tv show. He was friendly and great at explaining the different dishes and ingredients in them as well as the different techniques for preparation. 100/10 would recommend!!

I contacted Chef Hai in the evening & he was able to fit us in to his afternoon class the very next day (a big plus when you’re backpacking and don’t plan everything out weeks in advance!). He & his auntie were extremely friendly and the food we made was some of the very best I’ve had in Vietnam! The cooking space was beautiful and bright & clean. and the class included a boat ride and market tour. I can’t wait to share the recipes I learned with my family and friends back in Alaska. This was my very first cooking class and now the bar is set pretty high! Thanks Chef Hai!
